The 243 Foundation is a private organization. We are in the process of obtaining State and Federal tax-exempt status. Officers/members of The 243 Foundation include Adam Dembowitz (Executive Director, Treasurer), Marti Dembowitz (Vice President), Josh Dembowitz (Community Affairs Director), Abbe Dembowitz (Event Coordinator), Lauren Dembowitz (Secretary), and Michael Burnett (General Manager).
